The museum is re-opening for the 2026 season on Saturday 18th April with a special event for children Step into Spring at the Museum.
Please note that we are currently undertaking major re-roofing work and this may affect when we can open and which parts of the museum are accessible. Note in particular that we will NOT be opening on Monday’s until further notice as the roofers will be on-site, working.
For the rest of the season we are open 2-5 pm on Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays, except on some event days. Entry to the museum on non-event days is entirely free. So, come along, look around the museum, enjoy our rural surroundings and maybe have a cup of tea and a slice of cake. For full details see Visit Us.
